Works with your practice software

New client matches can be sent straight into Clio Grow, or into LEAP and Actionstep through Zapier or Make, as well as your usual email. You set it up once from your dashboard (Profile, then "Send new clients to your practice software"), and Send test lead shows you it works.

Clio Grow (direct)

  1. In Clio Grow, copy your lead capture token (Clio's help centre shows where to find it).
  2. In your Lawmateanz dashboard, choose Clio Grow and paste the token.
  3. Tap Send test lead. It should appear in your Clio Grow leads inbox, marked as coming from Lawmateanz.

LEAP (through Zapier or Make)

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook. (In Make, use a Custom webhook.)
  2. Copy the webhook link and paste it into your Lawmateanz dashboard, with LEAP selected.
  3. Tap Send test lead, then add the action LEAP (Legal), Create Card, and map the name, email and phone fields.
  4. Turn the Zap on. New matches now create a card in LEAP.

Actionstep (through Zapier or Make)

  1. Set up the same webhook trigger as for LEAP and paste its link into your dashboard, with Actionstep selected.
  2. Tap Send test lead, then add an Actionstep action that creates a contact, and map the fields.
  3. Turn it on. New matches now arrive in Actionstep.

Any other system

If your software connects to Zapier, Make, Pipedream or n8n, it can receive Lawmateanz matches the same way: a webhook trigger, then your system's "create contact" or "create lead" action. Zapier's webhook trigger may need a paid Zapier plan; Make's free plan also supports webhooks.

Help the people you decline

Your dashboard's Grow tab has a ready-made line for your decline emails, with your own link. Add it to your decline template in Clio, LEAP or Actionstep, and people you can't help get somewhere useful to go. You send it yourself, so nothing about them is shared with us.

What's sent, and how it's kept safe

Each match sends the client's name, email, phone (if given), area of law and location, plus "Source: Lawmateanz". Client details are only shared with the lawyer they're matched with, and only with their consent. Your webhook link or token is stored encrypted and never shown again, and your email notification always goes out too, so you never miss a client if a connection breaks.
