Why work with lawyers through Lawmateanz

Your Benefits

Warm intros, not cold outreach

Get matched directly with lawyers who've already opted in looking for VA support.

Flat Fee, No Commission

No agency markup baked in

NZ recruitment/staffing agencies typically charge 15–21% of a placement. Working direct means you can offer lawyers a more competitive rate.

More Money For You

Keep 100% of what you earn

One-time NZ$2,500 for your first 4 lawyers, no ongoing agency cut. Expand by 4 more anytime for a flat NZ$5,000.

Lawmateanz pricing is in NZD. Cost comparisons above are general industry estimates, not guarantees or quotes.

Lawmateanz charges a flat one-off fee for lawyer introductions — never a percentage of any work you do. By signing up you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
