Client matches now go straight into LEAP, Actionstep and Clio

Most law firms already run their intake through practice management software. So from today, LawMate can send each new client match straight into it, as well as to your email.

Which systems it works with

Clio Grow connects directly: paste your lead capture token into your LawMate dashboard, and each new match lands in your Clio Grow leads inbox, marked as coming from Lawmateanz.

LEAP and Actionstep connect through Zapier or Make. You create a webhook once, paste its link into your dashboard, and your automation creates the card or contact in your system. Zapier's webhook trigger may need a paid Zapier plan; Make's free plan also supports webhooks.

What's sent

The client's name, email, phone (if they gave one), area of law, message and location, plus "Source: Lawmateanz". Client details are only shared with the lawyer they're matched with, and only with the client's consent.

Built carefully

Your link or token is stored encrypted and never shown again after you save it. Your email notification always goes out as well, so you never miss a client if a connection breaks, and your dashboard shows whether the last delivery worked.

Setting it up

In your lawyer dashboard, open Profile and find "Send new clients to your practice software". Pick your system, follow the steps, and tap Send test lead to check it works. If you'd like a hand, email lawmatenz@gmail.com.
